What delivery options are available?
We send our parcels via Finnish Posti/DHL. 
How much does shipping costs?
The shipping cost shown at checkout is the price fixed by Posti. Delivery in Finland on each package costs 5,90€. We do not make any profit from the shipping costs. Whatever shipping cost you pay us we pay it to posti/DHL. 
When will my package be delivered?
If you order before 1500, we try to ship the same day. If for some reason, we cannot ship the same day, we ship the other day. Posti leaves everyday from our local postal office around 15:45 everyday and in 1-3 days, the package shall deliver to you. We usually provide you with a tracking number, so you can track your package.
Note that we only process your order after we have successfully received your full payment.
As an international customer, do I have to pay customs and charges?
Since, we ship from Finland there are no customs fee for our customers in EU. Items shipped to different countries might be subject to customs and charges or other miscellaneous charges defined by country to Import. The fees are unfortunately not included in the costs of your order and hence, cannot be reimbursed by Labuccey and it is customer's responsibility to check the customs fee. 
Do you allow returns and refunds and changes to orders?
Since our products are cosmetics and/or hygiene products or made to order, all sales are final, especially the products that are on sale. However, if your products arrive damaged or something is wrong with your order, please contact us at labuccey@gmail.com, so we can fix the issue. It is highly unlikely that might happen since we double check our products and pack it safely.
(We do not offer refunds or exchanges, changes to orders, neither do we allow returns nor cancellations due to hygiene issues and to reduce waste. Please check your size, preferred colour, name, delivery address, payment method and such while ordering from us.  Please keep in mind that the goods purchased might not appear as pictures and might appear different on different light.
Labuccey takes no responsibility for any effects caused by using Labuccey's products in any form, www.labuccey.com reserves the right to refuse return at any time for any reason. Please remember that shipping fees will not be refunded and for reason you send us products back if advised to do so, shipping cost will be customers' responsibility. )
How do I reach the customer service team?
You can reach us at labuccey@gmail.com. We try our best to reach to our customers within few hours. However, response times may be affected or extended during weekends and holidays. Please send one email at a time to avoid confusion.
I did not receive order confirmation email, what should I do?
You should get order confirmation email within 24 hours. If you do not get confirmation email within 24 hours, please email us at labuccey@gmail.com.
How will know about coupons, vouchers and new collections?
If you subscribe to us, you will get 5-10% discount on your first purchase if we have a campaign going on. We regularly offers discount vouchers, surprise gifts to our customers, raffle tickets and so on. You can subscribe to access our exclusive membership benefits.
